Low Water Immersion Dyeing

Create fabric to use in quilting and other sewing projects while learning the basics of low water immersion dyeing. This dyeing technique uses a small amount of water in shallow containers. Different ways of manipulating fabric and applying dyes produce a variety of effects including textured fabric using a single color, relaxed shibori (with one or more colors), and wonderful multi-colored pieces.
