Zen Block Fabric Weights Workshop

I am always looking for something to help hold down a pattern piece, a slipping quilt, or a pressed seam. Zen Blocks are always there for me when I need a helping hand in the sewing room. Need a quick pincushion? Need something to stack and fiddle with while you contemplate your next step in a project? Need a quick and easy gift for a sewing friend or a retreat swap? Zen Blocks are always the answer! These little rice-filled blocks are scrap busters, they are fat-quarter friendly and they are easy to master, you can whip up an entire army or a set for a gift while listening to your favorite podcast or streaming a show!

In this class, Amie will teach you quick tips for batch-making these little treasures. There are pattern hacks for using leftover half-square triangles, fussy cutting to center your favorite fabric designs, and perfecting your boxed corner results. You will definitely leave class with a completed set of Zen Blocks and the expertise to turn out beautiful sets once you are back at home. You’ll be using these for everything!

The printed pattern is included in the class price and will be distributed in class.
