EPP Finishing Techniques

Learn what to do once you have a collection of EPP blocks stitched together. In this class, you will learn how to center a project onto fabric, pin, and applique the designs to the background. We will also cover how to add borders to larger projects and how to prepare the edges of your quilt top for quilting.

Supply List

Completed EPP blocks/motifs (ex. hexagon flowers, Lucy Boston blocks, etc.)
Background fabric, at least a fat quarter to learn the technique
Best Press or spray starch
Needle of your choice
Thread, same as used in your blocks/motifs
Small scissors or thread snips
Applique pins or curved safety pins
Rotary cutter and mat
