- Several quilt sandwiches made of muslin and good quality batting (at least four but more is always better), approximately fat quarter size (18" x 22") No need to baste.
- Sewing machine in good working order
- Extension table (recommended)
- Free motion foot
- Machine quilting needles size 75/11
- Thread for quilting
- Marking pen or pencil
- Paper and pen for making notes
- Quilting gloves (recommended)
