Shipping and Order Fulfillment Policy

Our goal is to ship orders the same day they are received whenever possible; however, please be aware that orders are shipped on weekdays only. An email will be sent to you when your order ships. A tracking number will be provided so you’ll know when to expect your package.

We aim to get your order to you in the most cost and time-efficient way. We ship via USPS or UPS depending on order size, weight, and destination.

International Orders: Please email bluebarquilts@gmail.com with details on the items you would like along with your mailing address & telephone number and we will get back to you with a quote on shipping charges. All international orders will be processed via PayPal.

Expedited Orders: Please call the shop at (608) 284-9299.

We collect sales tax on all orders shipped to Wisconsin addresses. State law requires that we calculate sales tax on the total value of items ordered, including shipping and handling.

In-store pickup is free and available under shipping options at checkout. Simply choose the “Pick Up In-Store” option and we’ll send you an email when your order is ready for pick-up in the shop. PLEASE NOTE - do not use Apple Pay if you would like an in-store pick-up. Using Apple Pay automatically adds shipping charges.

Need a fat quarter? We will cut fat quarters whenever possible. If you need a fat quarter and the fabric is eligible for one, please order a ¼-yard of your desired fabric and add a NOTE for that fabric and tell us you’d like a fat quarter. If we are unable to fulfill your request, we will contact you.
